Cardio Tennis is a tennis workout program catering to all fitness levels.  Bringing together a variety of cardio workouts, a range of fun tennis drills, all to a high-energy soundtrack.

The best thing about Cardio Tennis is that you do not have to be good at tennis to get involved.  In fact, it doesn’t matter if you’ve never played before!

Paula is trained to mix up the activities to cater for all skill and fitness levels, so while it’s  great for beginners, experienced tennis players will also have a great time too!

SESSION TIMES

Sessions run for 60 minutes

Monday & Tuesday nights -  5.30pm  -  6.30pm

Saturday Mornings -             8.00am  -  9.00am

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

$15 per casual session (great if you are a shift worker or have commitment issues)

$60 (pre-paid) will get you 5 sessions to use in a School Term (usually 10 weeks)

WHAT DO I NEED?
  • A tennis racquet (don’t worry if you don’t have one, we have plenty to go around)
  • Wear something you will be comfortable running around in
  • Water bottle – Cardio Tennis is THIRSTY WORK
